ONLINE MBCT - Winter (Mondays, 6-8 PM, 8 weeks)

Program runs from Jan 25 - Mar 22; there is no class on Family Day, Feb 15.
Eight Monday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 PM plus a six-hour mini-retreat on Saturday, March 6, 10 AM-4 PM.Class is FULL with a waitlist. Please email us if you would like to be put on the waitlist.
**EARLYBIRD DISCOUNT applies if registered by DEC 22: $375 (+5% GST) = 393.75
and can be paid by E-transfer to MSmith@mindful-living.ca or by credit card on the registration page.Regular Fee: $400 (+ 5% GST) = 420.
